Q. What payment types do you accept?
A. We accept the following payment types:

Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners & American Express). You can pay online using our SECURE SERVER or phone us with your order on 0870 0663583

Cheque or postal order. Make your cheque or postal order payable to "adultadventures" and send to adultadventures, 22 High Street, Normanton, West Yorks, WF6 2AB, with the appropriate payment and full contact details. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until payment has been received.
Q. What are your delivery details for the gift packs?
A. DELIVERY Your personalised gift pack will be sent in plain packaging so we won't spoil any surprise. You can choose to have it delivered directly to you, directly to your recipient, or to another address you specify. We charge a standard fee of £3.95 postage and packaging by Royal Mail first class post. You should receive your gift pack within fourteen days after you have given us the details for the pack personalisation. If you're in a hurry you can use our Courier Service (see below).
COURIER SERVICE
If you need a gift pack urgently, or delivery by a specific date, we recommend that you choose our Courier Service. In most cases we offer same-day dispatch with next day delivery on orders received by 12pm on a working day from Monday to Friday for non-personalised packs, or providing you can give us personalisation details at time of order.
For next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses, our non-refundable Courier Service charges are as follows:
- Delivery on a working day from Monday to Friday - £15.
- Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Delivery on a Saturday - £25.
Our courier will deliver at any time up to 5.30pm.

Q. What comes in the adultadventure gift pack?

Q. Can I specify when the pack is delivered?
A. Unfortunately we can't pre-allocate delivery dates but if you need to receive the gift pack in a hurry you can use our next-working-day courier service (see above).
Q. Can I personalise the voucher with a message?
A. We can pre-print a special message on the voucher, which is included in the gift pack or, if you prefer, we can leave it blank for you to fill in by hand.
Q. Do I have to choose a specific date for the adultadventure when I'm purchasing the voucher or can I leave it to the recipient to choose the date?
A. The voucher can be left open-dated, so that your recipient can choose his or her own date for the adultadventure. If you'd like to book the date of the adultadventure when placing your order, please call us on 0870 0663583 to check availability and book. Please note that dates are subject to availability.
Q. Are there any restrictions (e.g. age, weight or height) that I need to consider before buying the adultadventure?
A. All adultadventures are subject to minimum age requirements - 18 years. We will advise you before you place your order if any restrictions apply. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. These restrictions are specified by our adultadventure suppliers for your own safety. Full details are included in your gift pack and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it.
Q. How is any personal data obtained from me used by adultadventures?
A. Date Protection Act 1998 - The information you provide us when you contact us by post, phone, or electronic means, will be held on computer by adultadventures. We do not send out any information, special offer letters etc unless you specifically request them.
Q. Will you send me out leaflets, brochures etc?
A. Nope! We only send out information that has been requested.
Q. I've been given an adultadventure, how do I book a date?
A. To book the date for your adultadventure, call us on 0870 0663583.
Q. What dates are available for my adultadventure?
A. Dates for most adultadventures are fully flexible. To book the date for yours, call us on 0870 0663583. We will do our best to secure your preferred choice of date. To help us, please book as early as possible and in any event, at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from us. For some adultadventures we may ask you to return the original voucher to us before we can confirm your booking. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the adultadventure until you have received your booking confirmation.
Q. Can I book my voucher by taking it along to any local venue of my choice?
A. Unfortunately this isn't possible; all bookings must be made via adultadventures. This ensures that your booking is made with an authorised adultadventures supplier and that your booking is confirmed in writing in advance between adultadventures and its adultadventure suppliers.
Q. Can I change my adultadventure for a different one?
A. Yes, you can swap your adultadventure for another one, free of charge, provided it is still valid, but only if no definite booking for a specific adventure has already been confirmed. If your chosen adultadventure is higher in price, you will be charged the difference. Please call us on 0870 0663583 for more information or to arrange an exchange.
Q. I've lost my voucher, am I able to get a replacement?
A. Yes if it is still valid and was purchased directly from us. We can cancel the original voucher and issue you with a duplicate, which costs £10 plus £3.95 postage and packaging. Speak to one of our agents on 0870 0663583 who will be able to do this for you. However, this isn't possible if you have lost a voucher that was purchased from one of our retailers and it hasn't been registered with us, if this is the case please call us on 0870 0663583.
Q. Can I give my voucher to someone else?
A. Yes, you can. The new recipient will need to meet any minimum age requirements. We will require identification from the original recipient as a matter of security. Please call us on 0870 0663583 for full details.
Q. My voucher has an expiry date; do I actually need to go on my adultadventure before this date?
A. The expiry date is the date by which you must secure a booking with adultadventures. The date confirmed to actually attend the adultadventure can be up to a maximum of three months from the original voucher expiry date. This also applies to any re-bookings made following a booking cancellation.
Q. I've already booked a date for my adultadventure, is it possible to cancel or reschedule?
A. Cancellation after booking is not possible; however adultadventures will happily accept a transfer of booking to another recipient or another date. Transfer of booking to another date requires 21 days notice. The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to adultadventures at [mail@adultadventures.co.uk] and must state your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and purchase details. Attaching the Order Confirmation adultadventures originally sent you will also assist adultadventures in processing your cancellation as quickly as possible. Once adultadventures has received the cancellation notice according to terms it will send you confirmation by e-mail and will immediately make a refund of the contract price minus charges as above.
Q. I don't want my adultadventure. Can I get a refund?
A. Yes, we are happy to make refunds on unbooked vouchers, bought direct from adultadventures, within 14 days of purchase. We will make a 10% administration charge (minimum charge £20, maximum charge £100). Note that refunds are reimbursed to the original orderer. If your gift pack was bought through one of our retailers, you should return the pack, including the unbooked voucher, in good condition, to the original place of purchase, together with the till receipt. Refunds are subject to the store's own terms and conditions.
